The ALS Walk4Life is 2+ mile walk along Chicago's beautiful lakefront and is a demonstration of hope, courage and community. The celebration continues after the Walk with music, entertainment, food and children's activities. Bring your friends and family and walk as a team honoring those currently living with ALS or in memory of someone who has passed away from the disease. We walk rain or shine.

10th Annual Cougar 5K Run/Walk / Chicago
The 10th Annual Cougar 5K Run/Walk will be held on Saint Xavier University's Homecoming weekend on Saturday, October 2nd. The race begins at 9 A.M. and kicks off a day of events.
All Cougar 5K participants will receive a long sleeve t-shirt and goody bag. The Cougar 5K is a CARA registered event and certified by the USATF.
This fast, flat and entirely paved course starts and finishes on the Saint Xavier University campus and runs through the heart of Evergreen Park.
