According to today's date it's 90210 Day! Social media users have marked the day by sharing their favorite Beverly Hills 90210 moments. Ian Ziering (Steve Sanders), said he hoped to celebrate the day by airing a reunion special on the CW network but stated in an interview with People "CW dropped the ball". Ziering maintains he's flattered that the CW resurrected 90210. CW is the home of the reincarnated 90210 which starts a new season this month.

Dr. Mehmet Oz who speaks about the importance of medical health and living a healthy lifestyle, shared his own medical scare. Dr. Oz went for a routine colonoscopy after his 50th birthday and was surprised when doctors discovered a pre-cancerous growth inside his intestine. If the growth was not removed it could lead to colon cancer. He will need to be screened again in three months to see if all of the pre-cancerous tissue was removed. Dr. Oz will discuss his health care with America on his the season premiere of his television show The Dr. Oz Show on September 7.

Michael Douglas tells People he is determined to beat throat cancer. The actor was diagnosed after doctors discovered a tumor in his throat. Douglas is set to undergo radiation treatment and chemotherapy.

Last night, Dancing with the Stars announced the season 11 lineup and confirmed some of the rumored contestants including: Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino of Jersey Shore, Bristol Palin & Audrina Patridge from The Hills. Click here to see the full DWTS cast.
