Fermenting Fruits & Vegetables
Fermenting Fruits and Vegetables September 15  12:00 pm - 2:00 pmIn this class you will learn about the history and the benefits of fermented foods.  You will learn what is needed to make fermented foods at home.  You will also learn some simple recipes that you can easily make in your own kitchen.  Tamara Mannelly will demo techniques for fermenting fruits and vegetables and you will be able to take some home (if you purchase the kit)You will receive all session notes and several recipes to get you started.Registration is required via Elawa Farms.Class is $75.  A fermenting kit is available for purchase of $20.  (Highly recommended so you can take home some of the foods we ferment!)Questions?  Email me at ohlardyblog@gmail.com
