DirectionsPreheat oven to 450. Cut potatoes into fry-shaped pieces. In a mixing bowl or a plastic bag, coat potatoes with olive oil. Season with spices, sprinkle in corn starch (a teaspoon or so).Pour the fries onto a non-stick baking sheet covered with parchment paper (foil produces mixed results) Arrange the fries in an even layer.Bake 15 min, then flip fries and cook another 15 minutes until crispy.
