LACK OF INTELLIGENCE REPORT for 1/30/13

A 49-year-old woman from Alabama (on her way to Racine) got four speeding tickets in one day

Her first - stopped for doing 112mph after highway patrol got complaints of her speeding and reckless driving. She was ticketed for speeding, no insurance and possession of marijuana.

She backed it down and 20 miles later, she popped for doing 99 mph, and got another ticket for speeding and no proof of insurance.

About 70 minutes later, she was given a ticket for driving at 88 mph and for having no insurance.

The fourth and final ticket came before she entered Wisconsin, as she was going 88 mph in a 70 mph zone.
She now faces more than $500 in fines.
