Lack of Intelligence Report for 2/19/13

TANKED!
A drunk man was caught going for a swim in a hotel's tropical fish tank.

The intoxicated guest was caught on film in the upscale hotel lobby climbing fully-clothed into the 12,000-liter glass tank filled with exotic sealife.

He swims and paddles around as his friends film him on a phone and can be heard laughing and giggling in the background.

Workers at the hotel yell at the guy and he takes off.

The hotel is now reviewing the video to see what security measures they need to take so it doesn't happen again.
